SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
At Bellamour Couture, we understand that finding the perfect wedding dress is an integral part of your bridal journey. Each dress purchased online is meticulously crafted to order, tailored to your standard dress size, ensuring a truly personalised experience. Please review our returns policy carefully before embarking on this exciting chapter.
Made-to-Order Dresses

All dresses purchased online from Bellamour Couture are made to order standard, meaning they are created especially for you to your standard dress size.

Refunds are available within 7 days of ordering your gown. However, due to cost of administration and pre-production organisation, a fee of $100 AUD will be taken out of the amount you’ve paid.

If you have changed your mind within 8-30 days of ordering from our ‘Made to Order Standard Dress’, a fee of $500 AUD will be taken out of the paid amount due to cost of administration, pre-allocation of lace and pattern and any other pre-production organised associated with your order.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges any time after 30 days of placing your order with us.
Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty dress caused by manufacturing, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

For our ‘Made to Order Standard Dress’, we are unable to offer refund for any minor faults; please allow our production team 7 days lead time from when we have received your item to fix or remake your dress.

A full refund will only be offered in cases of major manufacturing fault which will be assessed by our Quality Control Manager after a thorough assessment of your item.

Bellamour Couture reserves the right to refuse repair, refund, or replacement of items if we are not notified of faults within 7 days of you receiving the order.

If a manufacturing fault is identified, the product must be returned to our studio within 14 days if located within Australia and 21 days if located internationally.

You will be reimbursed by Bellamour Couture (upon providing receipt) for cost of shipping the item back to our studio due to manufacturing faults or damages to the item.
Initiating a Return

In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty dress caused by manufacturing, please let our customer service team know via email info@bellamourcouture.com making sure to include your order number, full name, and contact details. Please provide photos and measurements when emailing our customer service team.

Items must be returned in original condition (free of any stains, marks, tears or make-up) and must not be worn, altered, wash or dry cleaned and must have original tags remaining in place.

We'll provide you with a Return Authorisation Number and comprehensive instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 days for processing. If you are eligible for refunds, it will be issued promptly to the original payment method.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges of items. It is part of the bride's wedding journey to have alterations done to achieve your desired fit. However, Bellamour Couture is not liable for any costs incurred for alterations and we are not responsible for alterations made by third party.
